Owner Desmond was exceptional hospitable especially when I told them I had back injuries, he and his staff help me to ensure they help me with my luggage, my special request was met as well prior my arrival. The most important thing is the hotel room is very very clean which make your stay more enjoyable. The Malay lady ( my apologies for not getting your name) reception was extremely helpful and polite, always with smiling face. The WiFi was strong and good for connection. Seremban is a small town so getting around when staying at this hotel not an issue, few eateries and mart within walking distance. The housekeeper lady also very friendly with smiles all the time when I met her at corridor.

There is a restaurant downstairs with good food. The receptionist that I met was polite, and he can understand me when I speak English during check-in. The hotel room itself is clean. The bed feels nice and does not have any bad odour. There is a TV that you can use to watch a variety of different channels. There are items for basic hygiene such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. Water heater and air-conditioner is functioning well. Wifi is stable and my Celcom mobile data connection was available there during my stay. Decent view. This is my third trip here, and I am always satisfied with each stay.

Booked 2 queen bed room for family 1. Room is spacious and clean 2. Aircond cooling is superb 3. Hotel provides water bottle and clean kettle. 4. Ironing facilities provided at common area

The location was fantastic - it was easy to find food with plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance from the hotel. Having a lift elevator was useful for my mother in a wheelchair. Great stay!

Room looks just refurbished. Very comfy bed and blanket. Good shower pressure. Short drive away from town center and good food.
